This video will show you how to program a Honeywell 5834-4 wireless key transmitter with a fire panic as button four while using the Honeywell LYNX Touch L5210 wireless security system.
To program the Honeywell 5834-4 wireless key transmitter with a fire panic from the home screen select security, more, tools, installer code "default is 4112", program, keys, add new, make sure key type is 4 button, assign a user, select serial number. To learn in the serial number into the Honeywell L5210 system you can either enter it in manually or you can automatically enroll the serial number in. In this video it shows you how to automatically learn in the serial number by clicking the arm away way button "top left button" in increments of 3. The first time you push it you will hear the panel beep stating it is acknowledging you are attempting to learn in the device. Click arm away again the panel will beep and show you the serial number and loop number assigned which should be loop 3. Click the arm away button one more time and the panel will take you back to the programming screen. Select button 4 to assign the fire panic, you will see a list of variations you can assign to this button select fire no verification. Now select save, back button, select yes and now go back to the home screen.
